Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes on average for GCash and PayMaya. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and 56phfun, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 56phfun's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to game outcomes or technical malfunctions, the records maintained by 56phfun's server logs and game provider systems shall constitute the primary evidence and shall be given significant weight in any dispute resolution process.
56phfun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 56phfun will notify registered players via the email address on file and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes.
